Outstanding service and quality work. Jeff our salesman was very professional and explained the qualities of our new awning in great detail which assisted us in making the correct buying decision.
Tyler one of our installers was also very professional and had great customer service as did all those who were also involved in our installation. We are very appreciative of the quality of our awning and the 5 star plus level of customer service and attention to details.

We had an awning installed on our balcony. The product is top notch and amazing. I love that you can get any parts replaced in the future instead of having to replace the whole thing. The quality is better than any of the others we looked at. The service was great. The installation process was also great. Really quality product with great service sums this company up. I also love that the product is made locally. Can’t say enough good things about this company and their service!

Garrety Home Pros have installed a retractable awning on our kitchen window, a sliding glass door and most recently 5 new windows in our home. We trust their products and the employees that install them. We will certainly call them again for our next project.
Thanks again Garrety Home Pros.

Toby was a great person for installing my new awning. I am thrilled with it. I got the extra panel to use when the sun is bright. I appreciate everything.

We love our new awning that Nick and Evan installed from Garrety Home Pros. Everything was seamless from when we sat down with the salesperson Jeff, who was great. Installers were wonderful guys and told us exactly how long it would take and it was just like they said. They went over everything in detail which I appreciate it very much. Hats off to this company and their employees

I recently purchased a retractable awning from Garrety. The product appears to be of very high quality. I am very pleased with its appearance and of the shade it will provide. Most importantly, everyone involved from Tiffany, who worked with me on scheduling, to Patrick who did an on site sales visit, to Nick and his crew who installed, were all very professional and kind. I felt no pressure for the sale and I felt my needs were well heard. I would highly recommend this business.

We were very impressed with Gary (salesman) and his thorough presentation. Having all available colors and also a prototype of the actual awning hardware was very helpful in making our selection. The installers, headed up by Dalton, were also very thorough and in sync with each other to safely install our 25’ wide awning. Overall we are very happy with our awning and with the communications and follow up by Garrety Glass.
